At Housing Justice, we believe that if we`re asking communities to create spaces of belonging, care and connection, we need to do the same within our workplace.

That`s why we`ve built wellbeing into the way we work - not as a tick-box exercise, but as part of our culture.

From a weekly wellbeing hour that colleagues can use however they need, whether that`s going for a walk, taking time to recharge or simply stepping away from their desk, to regular check-ins and team away days that strengthen relationships, we make space for people to connect and support one another.

A healthy, connected team is better equipped to support the people and communities we work alongside. By investing in our colleagues, we`re investing in better services, stronger relationships and a culture where everyone can flourish.
Because housing justice starts with community, and that includes ours.
